Sora Fruits has implemented a rooftop photovoltaic installation to reduce the energy consumption associated with its agri-food operations and move towards a more efficient and sustainable energy model. The project makes optimal use of the available rooftop surface to maximize renewable energy generation.
The system has a peak power capacity of 127.7 kWp and includes 218 solar panels, generating 163,664 kWh of clean energy per year. This performance allows the installation to achieve 47% self-consumption, significantly reducing reliance on grid electricity. In addition, the system delivers an annual reduction of 54.17 tons of CO₂, strengthening the company’s environmental commitment.
