Purity Chemical SL has implemented a rooftop photovoltaic installation to reduce the high energy consumption associated with its industrial activity and move towards a more efficient and sustainable energy model. The project stands out for its large installed capacity and a very high self-consumption rate.
The system has a peak power capacity of 258.6 kWp and includes 446 solar panels, generating 325,862 kWh of renewable energy per year. This performance enables the installation to reach 71% self-consumption, significantly reducing reliance on grid electricity. In addition, the system achieves an annual reduction of 107.86 tons of CO₂, strengthening the company’s environmental commitment.
